Cathy Moore, B.S., RHIA

Cathy Moore, RHIA, has been a Health Information Management Consultant for Long Term Care facilities since 1980.  Additionally, she is a part-time instructor in the HIM Program at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio.

As an active Consultant and speaker in the Miami Valley area, Cathy has presented numerous in-services dealing with regulatory agencies, documentation issues, auditing, forms design and  ICD-9-CM coding, as well as many other long term care issues.

She is a member of the American, Ohio and Miami Valley Health Information Management Associations. She was honored as the Distinguished Member of the local organization and has served as the Past President. She is currently on the board of the Ohio Health Information Management Association. In addition, she is a member of the Miami Valley Long Term Care Association.

Cathy combines her varied years of HIM experience with her leadership, teaching abilities and dynamic speaking skills to produce this upbeat, positive and thought provoking approach to health information management in Long Term Care. Her energy, practical approach to learning and interactive style makes learning refreshing and realistic.

Pat Ottenweller-Johnson, RHIT

Pat Ottenweller-Johnson, RHIT, has been a Health Information Management Consultant for long term care facilities since 1980.  She is actively engaged in a variety of day to day consulting activities throughout Ohio. 

She is a member of the American and Ohio Health Information Management Associations, and has served on the Ohio Health Information Management Association Board as a Project Leader.

Over 400  healthcare professionals throughout Ohio have attended her workshops on a wide range of topics important to Long Term Care professionals.  As a seasoned speaker and an expert in the field of Long Term Care coding, Pat shares her knowledge in a way that is easily understood and immediately applicable to attendees.

Mary Dudash-White, M.A., RHIA, CCS

Mary Dudash-White MA, RHIA, CCS, is a professor in the Health Information Management Program at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. She has lectured on the local, state and national levels on health information management issues, in addition to publishing articles on a number of different healthcare topics. She has served on numerous professional association committees and held local and state positions, including twice serving as President of the Miami Valley Health Information Management Association. She was named Distinguished Member in 1995.

Mary is the founder of Health Phrase, LLC, a Dayton, Ohio based firm with practice areas in Long Term Care, Health Information Management, Medical Coding and Legal Issues.

Joseph Dudash, M.D., is a part-time faculty member in the departments of Health Information Management, Allied Health and Biology at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. He has practiced medicine in the Dayton area for over 20 years as well as being involved in over 75 pharmaceutical research studies helping bring several new pharmaceuticals to the market. 

He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Board of Family Practice.
